tattoos and piercings , raekwon's had his fair share [ and then some ] of tattoos , along with three piercings in his ear and lips [ though he rarely wears his doubled snake bites anymore ]. has one sleeve tattoo on his right arm , one one shoulder tattoo that carries onto the forearm of his left arm , a neck tattoo , both calves and ankles tattoos , and one of those inner lip tattoos , though no one rarely ever sees them.
distinguishing features , you know when people have that certain look to them ? raekwon burton is one of those people who off the bat can be recognized for his cold looking exterior and lazy frown [ his bad ass image apparently] But even more so his bright laugh and a thousand bolt smile.
physical flaws , though he may not show it raekwon has scars all over his chest and back area due to his brutal 'initiation' ceremony into gang life . rarely ever takes off his shirt for this reason . also has a severe case of OCD though his rituals arent that extreme [ to an extent ].
personal style , when people say 'fresh' , they automatically think of his boy . he's always dressed in a more formal style wearing button downs or ties , but he never looses his individual flair. his clothes in reality are very laid back and simple but its the things he pairs them with 'out' or the ordinary things that makes this guy's style noticeable.

Out of all those people who are just simply “complicated” and “hiding behind a façade” Raekwon is the kind of guy that shows exactly who he is the moment you first meet him. He’s certainly not the type of guy to lead people on, and he is certainly not one to lie about him or others. What you see is what you get with him, and you just happen to get a twenty year old drummer who turns out to be one of the nicest badasses ever.
Raekwon isn’t exactly prince charming by any means , though he’s close to it. There’s no doubt that the fans of WONDERFUL love Rae for not only his sick drumming but his lovable personality. He’s a sweet heart by nature and isn’t afraid to show it. Being around him if you were down, he wouldn’t hesitate to give you a warm smile and a hug. He’s addicted to making people smile , he is known to give strangers hugs and pep talks after all. He's easily accepting of people , for him with everyone he meets there's a new blank slate waiting to be filled . It wouldn’t matter to him whether he knew a person for five years or for five minutes. Some might find his kindness a little bit unusual for the most part, but Raekwon is the guy who would stand up amongst a crowd that is afraid to be singled out.
Anyone who knows Raekwon can tell you on the spot that he stands up for what he believes in. He would do anything for his friends, no matter how much it would hurt him in the future. The bruises on his body prove that. He’s constantly fighting for his friends , putting his ass out there every day. You would never hear this boy complain about anything. Raekwon has his fair share of fears , but that doesn’t hold him back from doing what he knows is right. People constantly talk about doing this and that , but Raekwon’s the guy who would actually take action. He knows his responsibilities and doesn’t mess around when it comes down to the wire.
Yes , its true this kid right here has made some decisions that surely screwed him over but no matter what he goes through he always good head on his shoulders. So the boy has never been stepped foot down south , but his foster father had made sure Rae knew southern hospitality. One look at him and most people don't think that this guy is old fashioned. Out of probably a good 50 guys , he'd be the one dreaming about settling down and raising a family rather than sex and girls. Raekwon is quite the chivalrous guy [ even if he isn't exactly for the girls ]. Though most of the time his friends always seem to make fun of him for not taking part in the lovely world of sex, drugs, and alcohol Rae holds fast to his ways. It may be a contradiction living a musician's life style especially with his band’s reputation and yet not being into that kind of scene but Rae has his reasons. The main one ? He likes being conscience of what he's doing. But Raekwon knows how to have a good time. And best believe he can party hard with the best of him.
But at the end of the partied out nights and groggy late-night mornings Raekwon is the big brother. He’s the guy carrying his friends on his back to their apartments because they can’t even walk and tucking them into bed because they got so wasted. He will go to any length for those he cares about. Just knowing that his friends are okay is more than enough for him. If he cares for you best believe he would give his all for you. No matter how many times you have crossed him. His mother had practically abandoned him when he was younger , but even to this day he goes to New York just to see if she and his half sister okay. People find it amazing how easily Raekwon is to forgive someone but all in all he himself just believes that there's enough hate out there in the world already.
All in all though , this gangster isn't really the 'gangster' everyone makes out to be. Raekwon wouldn't exactly be associated with anything 'hardcore' unless you count his drumming. Though you could say that this boy had a bit of a nerdy streak in him. Out of all his band mates it's safe to say that Raekwon would be most likely playing WoW or reading mangas on tour. Not many people would actually think to associate him with those kinds of things but Raekwon's just one of those guys who naturally surprises people.

history , In all honesty when Jeremiah and Jeanne met during her tour in England they never planned on having Raekwon and that was a fact . He was simply a 'broken condom' [ or lack there of ]. But when news was in that Jeanne was pregnant , Jeremiah fled. The woman being in her early 20's at the time and at the top of her career felt that she couldn't let this baby bring her down . As soon as she could she arranged for the baby boy to be put into a foster home with Gavin Burton. When the papers were finalized Jeanne left for America again , leaving baby Raekwon back in England. Rae grew up being the 'older' brother figure for kids younger than him that were comming in and out of the foster home . Though he soon got into some horrible business when he started to hang with the wrong crowd in his junior high years . He got initiated into the gang life pretty young at fourteen , but they grew as a second family to him despite what they did. He never strayed away from the path and kept to his music , soon starting a band with his best friends but even his friends couldn't pull him out of the gang life . Twenty years old Raekwon Burton is known as the sick drummer for the band WONDERFUL living up life , but he's still being tied down.
